Job Responsibilities

Participate in and coordinate the preparation of field monitoring plans for local charitable projects and activities in collaboration with licensed charitable institutions and organizations, as directed by the direct supervisor.

Assist in monitoring funds collected from charity events and ensure that licensed entities comply with required technical procedures through field visits and reporting to the direct supervisor.

Assist in fieldwork to control funds collected from events that violate fundraising laws and regulations, following the direct supervisor’s instructions.

Coordinate with various media outlets to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies by those organizing charitable events and prepare necessary reports as directed.

Assist in field supervision of charitable projects within the country, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and laws by participating in inspection campaigns and preparing and submitting reports to the direct supervisor.

Assist in identifying and controlling unauthorized donation collection boxes and coordinate with relevant authorities to manage non-compliant funds as instructed.

Participate in and coordinate the preparation of periodic reports on charitable activities and events, submitting them to the direct supervisor.

Provide technical coordination with charitable institutions and organizations in the implementation of charity projects and activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and submit necessary observations to the direct supervisor.

Coordinate and participate in organizing charity events and activities that align with the department’s objectives, in collaboration with relevant entities, as directed.

Comply with the department’s security policies and procedures, actively participate in security awareness workshops, and report any security incidents if encountered.
Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent field (No prior experience required).

High School Diploma with at least 2 years of experience.
