Job Description

Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Proficient in using IT equipment (Computers/Tablets).
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing fieldwork, conducting surveys, data collection and analysis, and team management.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all census-related field activities in the assigned district.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of the census plan, following timelines and protocols.
  • Supervise Tehsil Supervisors, validate collected data, perform spot checks, and apply corrective measures to maintain data quality.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Tehsil Supervisors in handling field-related challenges.
  • Monitor field progress, prepare district-level performance reports, and resolve operational or logistical issues efficiently.
  • Submit regular progress reports to the Regional Supervisor, including updates on achievements, issues faced, and suggestions for improvements.
