Qualification & Experience:

Minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
-
Proficient in using IT equipment (Computers/Tablets).

At least 2 years of experience in managing fieldwork, conducting surveys, data collection and analysis, and team management.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Oversee and manage all census-related field activities in the assigned district.
-
Ensure smooth implementation of the census plan, following timelines and protocols.

Supervise Tehsil Supervisors, validate collected data, perform spot checks, and apply corrective measures to maintain data quality.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to Tehsil Supervisors in handling field-related challenges.
-
Monitor field progress, prepare district-level performance reports, and resolve operational or logistical issues efficiently.

Submit regular progress reports to the Regional Supervisor, including updates on achievements, issues faced, and suggestions for improvements.
