Job Description

Qualification:
  • LL.B or LL.M from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Age Limit:
  • Maximum 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Company Secretary in fulfilling corporate and legal responsibilities.
  • Represent the Company in court and manage ongoing legal cases.
  • Liaise with SECP and the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
  • Handle filing of statutory returns and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues affecting the Company.
  • Appear before judicial and administrative forums on behalf of the Company.
  • Support the Company Secretary in managing corporate affairs.
  • Oversee company litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Supervise the attestation of legal documents and address matters related to insurance and pensions.
  • Draft legal agreements, contracts, and joint venture documents.
  • Prepare legal opinions, plaints, and written statements.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Carry out special assignments or legal tasks as directed by management.
Degree Level:
  • Bachelor’s (Hons) or Master’s – 16 years of education
