Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university. A Master’s degree (MS/MPhil) is preferred.

At least 10 years of proven experience in managing and conducting large-scale surveys or field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee and manage all census field operations across multiple districts within the assigned division.

Ensure the effective implementation of the census plan, in line with defined timelines and operational protocols.

Supervise District Managers and Field Supervisors to ensure smooth coordination and productivity across teams.
-
Monitor progress and performance across districts and prepare regular divisional-level performance reports.
-
Collaborate closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data.

Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for field teams focused on data collection, validation, and reporting practices.
-
Develop and implement strategies to optimize field data collection and reporting.

Liaise with provincial and local authorities for operational support and coordination.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s (16 years), or Master’s/MPhil (18 years) of education in any discipline from a recognized institution
