Job Description

  • Plan and execute promotional activities and communication efforts through fairs, events, and campaigns.
  • Propose innovative marketing tactics to the Advertising and Promotion Manager and ensure seamless integration into overall campaigns to enhance RTA’s marketing impact.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all ongoing and completed projects.
  • Coordinate with media and advertising agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials, meeting the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with advertising agencies by providing detailed briefs, including scripts, images, dimensions, and other relevant materials.
  • Review and assist in the creation and dissemination of internal communications to keep employees informed of project progress, risks, and key updates.
  • Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate creative artwork from external agencies and present results to senior management for final approval.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns for all departments and agencies within the organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop cost-benefit analysis reports to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze and enhance business processes and services to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for enhancing RTA’s service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance and outcomes of marketing campaigns.
  • Actively participate in the execution of all assigned campaigns, ensuring alignment with advertising and promotional plans, and that campaign objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in media and marketing.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing teams toward high performance.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to resolve challenges and manage complaints effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a confident communicator and active listener.
  • Analytical thinker with expertise in reviewing, refining, and improving complex processes.
  • Proficient in various computer applications and marketing tools.
  • Adaptable and resourceful team player, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
