Job Description

1. Data Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency by cleaning, validating, and maintaining training-related data.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and anomalies.
  • Develop and implement best practices and protocols for effective data cleansing.
2. Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Analyze training data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that enhance training programs.
  • Create clear, impactful visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve training initiatives.
3. Learning and Development (L&D) System Management:
  • Manage the administration and functionality of the L&D system to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT and L&D teams to enhance system performance through updates and improvements.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports on training metrics, program effectiveness, and employee performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive, accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and data dictionaries.
5. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize training programs using data analysis.
  • Work closely with HR and training teams to create data-driven strategies and interventions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging practices in data analytics and HR training.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
Key Skillsets:
  • Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting, specifically in HR/training data.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning and manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and others.
  • Strong analytical abilities to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc., and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar L&D platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
