Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 16 years of education from a university recognized by HEC.

Must be proficient in using IT equipment (Computer/Tablets).

Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in tablet-based or Android surveys will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Train field staff for data collection activities.
-
Verify the boundaries of assigned blocks and check for any under-coverage.
-
Ensure daily synchronization of data collected by enumerators.
-
Supervise and coordinate the work of enumerators within assigned tehsil blocks, ensuring they follow the census plan, timelines, and data collection guidelines.

Provide on-site support to enumerators, resolve operational issues, and offer hands-on guidance throughout the data collection process.

Keep detailed records of field activities, prepare daily performance reports, and report major issues to senior management for smooth operations.

Regularly update the District Coordinator with progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
